Living Love: Opening the Heart with Yoga with Deniz Aydoslu
zondag 30 september van 14.00-17.00 uur
Join this workshop for a deep journey into the Heart. Modern research suggests that the heart has more neurons than the brain and a whole network of neurotransmitters. The human heart possesses a heart-brain that can sense, feel, learn and remember. When our heart is open, we feel deeply connected to ourselves, have an inner sense of calmness and feel love and loved.
Unfortunately, the shocks of life create pain which we retain in our heart-memory. As a response to the pain of rejection, abandonment, humiliation and lack of love we create protective mechanisms in our psyche which restrict the free flow of the heart energy. The heart is our source of love, joy, lightness, soul-connection and intuition. When the heart is closed, we begin to suffer.
Healing and opening the heart means reconnecting and coming home to our authentic feeling selves. Through our heart, we can connect to our inner light and align to our soul's purpose. When we heal and open our heart, the whole being vibrates at the frequency of love. Not only do we experience more love in our lives, we also become a source of love for those we encounter.
This practical workshop is an experiential exploration of the heart through exercises, gentle yoga practices and guided meditation. Join us for a deeply nourishing afternoon full of softness, nurturing and heart-connection.
Deniz teaches in English but also understands and speaks Dutch. Therefore, questions can always be asked in Dutch.
