*Requirement: Participants should be able to kick up into a handstand against the wall.

Dynamic Inversion with Integrated Mobility

Saturday August 31, 16.00-18.00 h

Elevate your inversion practice by integrating mobility drills for all inversions, including headstands, forearm stands, and handstands. Explore dynamic shapes like scorpion and hollow backs to boost your strength and flexibility, achieving greater freedom in your movement.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the participant of this intensive or individual sessions must be submitted via email and will be considered effective once confirmed by Yoga on Call. The following terms apply:

• Up to one month before the start date: Participants may cancel and receive a refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee of 10 euros.

• Between one month and 1 week before the start date: Participants who cancel within this period will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.

• Less than 1 week before the start date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
